MULTIPLE ORDERS: We will combine multiple orders and refund the excess shipping charges whenever possible. Pre-ordered items will be shipped seperately. 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: We do pass on all commercial shipping rates. As we are a small business, we cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices and time frames but we will do our best to figure shipping costs appropriately and refund excess shipping charges. Additionally, we mau charge a small handling fee with each order and this helps to pay for all the packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. 

 

US CUSTOMER SHIPPING INFORMATION: Currently, our shipping costs are determined by price of the order. This helps us to determine shipping by way flat rate boxes. Packages with a value of 100.00 and up will require additional insurance and will require a signature confirmation. You may waive this fee, however, you must accept full responsibility if something detrimental happens to the package. We will not refund or replace your purchase.

USPS Priority Mail is a very reliable service. However, there are times packages can be misdelivered or go missing due to package theft. BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCATION: If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact me and we will require a signature delivery for all of your orders. This may require an additional payment.

Absolutely NO RETURNS due to the fact that soap is a personal product and even unopened, we choose not to resell the product since it has been out of our supervision.  

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.  We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.

SOAPS
Weight - Our soaps are handcrafted and hand cut so weights will vary from batch to batch. That is the nature of a handmade product. Our soaps will range from 4 ounces to 6 ounces. Note that handcrafted soap will continue to evaporate water and will continually lose weight, however this makes for a finer, longer lasting soap bar despite the weight.

Scents & Colors - Unfragranced soap will have a slight scent due to ingredients used. No added fragrance or essential oils are added to the unfragranced soaps. The scents in our soap come from essential oils. We use no perfumes or fragrance oils. Strength of scent after cure will vary so some soaps will have a lighter or stronger scent than others. We follow the IFRA for the safe usage of essential oils in our recipes.  Note - caution should be used whenever a body product containing essential oils. Be informed and know what essential oils may affect your body and medical issues. 
              - We color our soaps using natural herbal colorants and titanium dioxide which is a naturally occurring whitening agent. Some colorants will ‘bleed’ some of their color. This is normal. We also top some of our soap with natural ingredients.

Performance - Not only do all people have different skin types but we also use different water (soft, hard, etc.). Both factors will affect how our handcrafted soap (designed to be more luxurious for the skin instead of just cleansing) will bubble and sud and also affect how our skin feels after use. Our soaps have been tested by many different people in many different regions with great results.

Ingredients - We use high quality oils and often organic oils and butters in our soap recipes. Note ingredients for each product listed to know exactly what is in the product you are purchasing.  All soaps contain sodium hydroxide (lye) however the sodium hydroxide is neutralized in the saponification process. Soap cannot be made without sodium hydroxide. We use various liquids in our soaps. Most often we use coconut milk to keep our products vegan. However, we occasionally use buttermilk, cow's cream, goat's milk, etc.. We occasionally use honey, coffee, teas, herbs, spices, pumpkin, and more to make specialty soaps. 

GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS:  It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
